the property's location is comfortable and very pretty, next to local restaurants. i loved extremely helpful personnel that ensures guests have an enjoyable stay. the restaurant food is fab, and the breakfast offered is very satisfying with sausages.

The double room provided a great sleep experience, featuring underfloor heating and comfortable bedding. the location was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly throughout our stay! the onsite restaurant offered a delightful variety of food.

The location was convenient and incredible there, to different mountains in Hakuba. Plus, it was adjacent to local restaurants and the ski slopes and train station.

This hotel was a really relaxed spot for Christmas. the location was fantastic, right next door to the valley and close to the supermarket, ATM, and onsens. Plus, it was located in the mountains, which made it even better! 🏔️.

Beautiful building and rooms with hanging space for clothes. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Hakuba Happoone Winter Resort. Really enjoyable stay in downstairs lounge area.

The apartment had proper heating in the bedrooms and comfortable bedding, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the amenities like the microwave, electric kettle, and fridge in the room. the location was convenient for restaurants in Echoland, and the staff was flexible and attentive.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. the staff were amazing - so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided shuttle services to nearby slopes and restaurants, making it super convenient for us. Secondly, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and gave us the energy we needed for a day of snowboarding. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had plenty of hanging space for our clothes, which was a nice touch. I also loved the fact that there was a lounge area with a fireplace, where we could relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
